Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various areas in our 10 student accommodation locations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and have a strong attention to detail As this a high demand and high turn over job which will require you to manage a number of rooms in a day or shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
• Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and sanitation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
