Junior Brand Manager

Remote (one day per week in London)

£35,000 to £40,000 plus benefits

The essence of the role

This role is suitable for someone with brand experience, ideally within the Beauty industry, who is seeking a busy environment in which to learn cross functionally, and ultimately, focus on growing the NPD and innovation strategy across the globe.

You willsupport both brand plans, on and offline, across multiple channels.

Scope of the Junior Brand Manager role

Working closely with the Head of Brand to deliver marketing plans
Assisting in the development of a strategy for an ever evolving brand with NPD and global expansion
Work on NPD advancements, from initial innovation through to launch activation
Adopt a brand guardian tone to ensure this executed across multiple channels
Ensure competitor knowledge is strong and aware of up to date activity

Prerequisites

Experience within the beauty industry, with a strong interest in NPD
Experience with the planning and execution of launch activations
Ideally experience within an SME, able to work in an agile, fast paced and market led environment
Happy to bring dynamic and different ideas to the table, within a wider and vibrant team
A real passion for Beauty, market trends and the ever changing landscape
