Warranty Dealer Support Advisor

Competitive salary

40 hours a week

Hybrid (Home based and Dunton/Colchester)

The Role

In this role, our Warranty Dealer Support will be the key contact to dealers in case of warranty queries and will interact with multi discipline departments such as Engineering, Technical Services and Customer Relations within the client's organisation.

As a Warranty Dealer Support Advisor you will:

Assess dealer queries relating to warranty coverage.
Clarify warranty coverage, policies and procedures.
Review warranty claims to ensure correct parts and labour schedules are used.
Assess and approve repairs outside of standard warranty term.
Provide proactive support for issues to drive dealer satisfaction.

About you
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong technical knowledge and who has good communication skills.

Our ideal Warranty Dealer Support Advisor will have experience of repair procedures, and a passion for problem solving and customer service.

As well as:

Understanding of warranty processes, policies and procedure.
Experience of After sales operations and processes.
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
Ability to liaise and interact at all levels within the dealer network.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative and be highly motivated.
Enthusiastic approach, flexible and proactive personality.
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for the client's brand.
