Customer Onboarding Executive - London, United Kingdom - Walker Lovell
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and successful onboarding experience to new customers beginning their relationship with, to existing customers, and to those customers who have low engagement.
You will be looking after the entire EMEA region.Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Platform Webinar training for new customers and existing customers
- Providing sessions, oneonone training with customers
- Monitoring and improving conversion rates
- Identifying leads and upsell opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience or working knowledge of Customer Success/Client services.
- Strong passion for customer experience and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in using CRM software is highly desirable.
