PART TIME SALES ADMINISTRATOR - £22,500 PRO RATA
Kineholme Garage require an experienced part time vehicle sales administrator to join their sales team in Otley.

Kineholme Garage is part of Batchelors Motor Group who are a respected family business with motor dealerships based in Ripon, York and Otley.

Job Purpose:

To record, process and maintain accurate records on all aspects of Sales Administration daily for retail sales.


Reports to:
Group Sales Admin Manager


Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. Flexible will be required to work additional hours at busy times.

• Taxing cars
• Invoicing
• Purchasing costs
• Setting up vehicles
• Vehicle handover packs
• Checking sales reports
• Vehicle stock reconciliation
