Description
We are looking for a experienced Office Administrator to join our property maintenance company based in Biggin Hill.


The role is varied and we are looking for someone to take on the office administration work from the start to a completion of a job.


Your daily tasks will include:

  • Using the companies system (Simpro)
  • Raising job sheets
  • Raising quotes
  • Invoicing
  • Booking in Sub-Contractors to jobs
  • Liaising and building strong rapport with sub contractors and property managers
  • Ordering of materials
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Allocating material invoices to jobs ready for invoicing
  • Vehicle Management & fuel cards
  • Booking in MOT's, Servicing's and repairs
  • Organising of Scaffold licences, parking permits & building control
  • Companies Recruitment
  • General administration duties to the Director and office manager


We are looking for someone with knowledge in property maintenance but this is not essential as training will be given.


Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
