Locum Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist - Birmingham
IMC Locums are the new age healthcare agency, we pride ourselves on delivering healthcare recruitment better.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum SALT to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Birmingham. They are seeking a qualified therapist with previous Paediatric experience.

Children's Speech and Language Therapy : Full Time or Part-time (minimum 22.5 hours)

Band 6 or 7 SLTs working with pre-school and school age children with a range of speech, language and communication needs for BCHC NHS Foundation Trust Come and join thecommunity children's team in Birmingham All contacts will be virtual :

we will provide a work phone, laptop and IT support so you could be based anywhere in the UK however you will need to come on site to collect IT equipment on your first day.

You willbe making telephone calls to parents of children with a range of speech, language and communication needs referred to the service, offering advice & signposting to resources.

There is a clearly defined protocol with template interview questions, an outcomereport, full admin support and training to set-you up.

Position Requirements

HCPC Registered
3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
Full time hours (Monday
Friday)
Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within Paediatrics
