Description
Freightserve are looking to recruit an experienced AOG Operator. The role will be working on a Monday - Friday basis. The company is based in the Heathrow area.


Job Purpose:

To complete Export AOG shipments from start to finish working in a small busy AOG team


Key responsibilities:


  • Complete the MAWB
  • Complete customs entries
  • Arrange collections on dedicated movements
  • Receiving job orders from the customer
  • Routing and all aspects for exporting shipments
  • Dealing with costs and charges of the shipment.
  • Book all shipments with the airlines
  • Update customers with shipment details within KPIs
  • Pre alert the customer and network
  • Flexible and Adaptive approach key.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Industry experience required
  • AOG specific experience
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly, calm and professional manner
  • Good timemanagement

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

  • Dealing with AOG shipments: 2 years (required)
