Claremont Property Holdings are situated in Salford, only a few miles from Manchester city centre and Salford Media City.

The development itself consists of 277 apartments across two residential tower blocks, it has a large car park and a 24 hour reception desk.

You will have the responsibility of being the company's sole representative on site whilst on shift as the working pattern falls outside of normal office hours, and, will be expected to provide a professional and consistent concierge service to tenants, visitors and contractors.

Shift Pattern:
Thursday 5pm - 11pM/Friday 5pm - 12am / Saturday 8pm - 8am

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Monitor the CCTV effectively to ensure site security
• Perform a nightly Car Park Patrol
• Complete a shift report giving a timestamped overview of events during shifts, as well as ensuring key logs are completed
• Maintain working relationship as liaison between tenants and building management.
• Direct tenants to report maintenance issues via inhouse link, unless an emergency
• Efficiently handle inquiries from tenants/ visitors and decide when escalation to management would be required.
• Some post handling duties
• Greet tenants and answer all incoming calls, whilst providing excellent customer service.
• Communicate tenants /visitor's comments, complaints, and requests to the appropriate departments and managers
• Consistently protect the privacy, and security of all tenants and guests.
• Project a consistent image that complements the property through appearance, performance, and service orientation, while ensuring development rules and regulations are enforced.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
