Description
As a Service Coordinator, you will work with clients to provide quality service and ensure they get the needed services.
There is a heavy customer service-based role, as the Service Coordinator is often the initial contact. Having excellent communication, good people skills, and being detail-orientated with an eye for customer satisfaction is a must.You must also build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.
You are responsible for ensuring clients receive a high-end service; customer service details must be continually updated, supporting the coordination and organising engineering department, and compiling monthly reports.
Key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to
- Ensure accurate data records are maintained and all information is up to date and accurate on all field servicing management systems.
- All serviceable equipment sold must be added to the field service management system each quarter
- Book appointments/breakdown jobs into the engineer's diaries as required using 365 and the field servicing management systems.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for service/breakdown work.
- Review engineer's reports received daily from engineers, ensuring work is complete, parts have been charged and raise the invoice.
- Raise all invoices for servicing and repair work from completed job sheets within 2 working days.
- Ensure engineer's reports are sent to the customer with the invoice and a copy is kept on file.
- Expand the list of resources and providers to ensure there are no gaps in services.
- Help to manage the inhouse repair schedule. Ensure customers have been added to the service schedule and customers are updated at least once a week on the status of their repair.
- Liaise with clients and engineers to ensure preinstallation checks are carried out prior to installations.
- Ensure engineer's vans remain stocked with equipment, parts and PPE as required.
- Prepare and generate monthly and quarterly reports for management.
- Direct feedback to relevant departments.
- Gain a general understanding of our product range for advising customers.
- Ensure you know about the service and repair options available.
- Liaise with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
- Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, making a positive contribution.
- Assist with general adhoc duties necessary to assist the smooth running of the company.
Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
