The Role:


The role will involve:


  • Headhunting top industry talent into highlevel vacancies on a global scale.
  • Speaking with senior individuals and decisionmakers predominantly over the phone.
  • Conducting industryspecific market research.
  • Negotiating terms and fees with clients.
  • Writing job adverts.
  • Building databases.
