Description

Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to assist in smooth running of the department, keeping track on costs across all projects and assist project managers in completing cost tracking.


Key duties:
Act as an administrative contact within the Project Department with accounts and sales

Assisting the Project Finance with collating information for projects

  • Entering data on to system to create power BI report
  • Investigate foreign currency on purchase orders and update with the GBP value after conversion
  • Ensure any duplicates costs are removed when posting PO values to POC
  • Processing of client invoicing and dealing with invoice queries
  • Updating internal software systems
  • Provide phone and office cover
  • Identifying areas of cost saving
  • Participate as a highly trusted and involved member of the Projects Team
Role will offer hybrid working
