Our business is undergoing rapid growth and with a recent office move having taken place, we are looking to expand our team with a Sales Support Administrator.


Job Role:

Sales Support Administrator will cover all aspects of administration with our Recruitment team, including but not limited to:

  • Support the recruitment team in general admin duties
  • Data entry onto our internal system
  • Dealing with payment queries
  • Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally
  • Support with sales processes, diligence and followup

Job Requirements:


  • 1 year+ Admin experience ideal but not a requirement as training will be provided
  • Positive Attitude
  • Hardworking and Reliable
  • Keen to progress
  • Good communication skills both orally and written
  • Drive and maintain excellent working relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Prioritise Workload efficiently
  • Knowledge and experience in basic Microsoft Office Software and CRM

  • Monday

  • Friday 9am 5:30pm with early finish on Fridays
  • Central location in the heart of Brentwood, Essex, close to local amenities and good transport links

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
