Customer Support Advisor - Well established car dealership - NO UP SELLING and NO TARGETS TO HIT

  • Basic salary: up to £28,200

We are part of an independent dealership group who represents many reputable Brands in the World. We are seeking a Service Advisor ideally from a motor trade background but not essential.


You must have exceptional customer service skills to work within this independent dealership, you will need to sell to clients as this is a warranty site.


The role:


Already enjoying the benefits of a successful cohesive team, this service centre requires a determined and proactive service advisor capable of making decisions with integrity, building relationships and rapport with an increasing client base.


Working in a team of other service advisors you will be a key member of a fast paced and high performing team.


  • Previous experience in Customer service
  • Organised and punctual
  • Strong communication
  • Great telephone manner
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Previous experience in the motor trade
  • Mechanical knowledge

Working hours:


  • Monday-Friday 7.30am 5.30pm (No weekends or Bank holidays)

Full-time, Permanent.
