Administrator - Health and Safety

Southall, UB2 4NA

Vacancy: 3 month temporary contract which may lead to a permanent position.

Hours :
Monday - Friday
The company is a UK leading organisation specialising in major mechanical and electrical installations within the food process industry.

The huge range of work carried out by the company includes process pipework and plant installation along with planned and preventative maintenance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join the company supporting a facilities management project in Southall, UB2 4NA.

Duties

As a suitably experienced administrator with a good understanding of Health and Safety documentation, you will be working within the company's on site operations at Southall, UB2 4NA.

With responsibility to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with the companies operating procedures.

Particular duties will include:

producing method statements, risk assessments and standard operating procedures along with other compliance documentation as required before carrying out construction and engineering works on the site.

Other duties may include handling external client calls, logging information, data entry, inputting supplier invoices, creating purchase orders, along with other general office and telephone duties.

About You
Based ideally in Southall you will need to live within a short commutable distance of UB2 4NA.

Demonstrable experience within a similar health and safety administration role is essential for this position.

IOSH or NEBOSH preferred.

In return for your experience you will receive an hourly rate between £14.00 PAYE and £15.50 PAYE per hour depending on experience as well as a range of benefits.
