£42,000 - £45,000 Dependant on Experience

8.30am-5pm Mon-Friday

Are you working in HR and looking to manage your own team & take responsibility of the HR department?

Are you looking for a position that gets you thinking of new ideas and challenges you rather than being mundane & monotonous?


In the job of HR Manager, you will be working for a special needs Education / Healthcare Charity in which you will have a very varied day.

You will be juggling complex cases to ensuring compliance with new hires, managing a team to ensure the smooth runningof the department.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic human resources leadership.
  • Manage day to day human resource activities.
  • Develop and implement policies that support business strategy and objectives.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the preparation of human resource plans, programs, policies, and procedures in support of corporate goals and initiatives.
  • Ensure that all policies are in line with corporate and legal guidelines.
  • Oversee development and implementation of new programs to improve the overall workplace environment.
