Credit Controller

Romford / working remotely 3 days a week

Up to £30,000 + bonus
Working for an global business who has experienced consistent growth over the past 4 years. They are now recruiting an additional Credit Controller, report directly to the Group Credit Manager.

Credit control management of a portfolio of UK accounts, dealing with customer from blue chip clients through to sole traders.
Managing a ledger of £1.8 million monthly across 1000 live accounts
Resolving queries, allocation payments, monthly statements
Monitoring of credit limits and credit checking of new customers for the department
Liaising internally with sales and billings to help resolve queries and facilitate payments
Monthly aged debt reporting and a ledger review with the Credit Manager
Working to cash collection and debt reduction targets, with a particular focus on minimising debts over 90 days

Requirements:

Credit control experience managing a ledger in excess of £1million monthly is required
You must have worked in a credit control team before and be target orientated
Drive and determination to bring about change where needed
My client is looking for someone who is handson, a team player, target orientated, able to prioritise and not afraid of asking for help when needed.
You need to have a strong worth ethic. Hours are 37.5 a week you are not expected or asked to do anymore than this, this company encourage their employees to have a good work life balance.
