Fanatic Digital Marketing Team Overview
We work within finance, e-commerce, recruitment, health, events, restaurants, and more at a local, national, and international level.


We have a team with a diverse skill set, including content creation, marketing data analysis, SEO, CRO, paid media and technical optimisation skills, among others.


About this role


This role supports the delivery of effective paid media campaigns for a variety of clients through precise planning, execution, and analysis of results to ensure our diverse range of clients achieve their goals.


This role will involve a wide range of skills, including planning, setting up, and optimising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

You'll speak to clients regularly to update them on progress and results. You will always receive credit for your great work from within Fanatic and directly from the client.


You will also work with the in-house designers and developers to implement more extensive changes needed to support the paid media work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Use various analytical tools to assess competitor activity and spot opportunities for growth.
  • Carry out accurate reporting, analysis, and research for existing and new paid media accounts.
  • Create comprehensive paid media proposals for new clients.
  • Regular communication with clients to understand their business needs and KPIs, and to update them on progress, results, and next steps.
  • Create monthly performance reports using Looker Studio.
  • Support the other members of the digital team.
  • Work closely with the design and development teams.

Skills & Experience Essential
years experience within a digital marketing agency.

  • Strong overall understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Experience in planning, setting up, and optimising Google Search, Google Display, Google Shopping, YouTube, Bing, and Meta campaigns.
  • Proven track record across different business verticals.
  • Ability to gather insights from analytical tools and recommend steps for paid media campaigns optimisation.
  • Experience managing accounts with varyingsized budgets over multiple channels, target audiences, geographies, languages, and objectives.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working.
  • Ability to multitask and selfmanage while handling projects under tight deadlines in a fastmoving environment.
  • Strong copywriting skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in programmatic and contextual advertising.
  • Experience in conversion tracking set up using Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience in using Looker Studio.

Pay:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
