Salary:
£2- 25,000 depending on experience


Location:
Henley-In-Arden Warwickshire B95


Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm


Role and responsibilities:

  • As an Accounts Assistant you will be working in a busy finance department with core responsibility for the Sales Ledger and Credit Control
  • Responsible for raising regular and adhoc sales invoices
  • Handling customer queries and requests professionally
  • Process direct debit collection files
  • Posting and allocating cash
  • Managing credit control
  • Supporting with producing MI for the Management Accountant or Finance Director as required
  • General accounts administration duties such as filing and archiving invoices

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven work history within a busy Accounts or Finance department essential
  • Experience of managing Sales Ledger or Credit Control essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment adhering to deadlines
  • Positive, proactive and enthusiastic mentality
  • Naturally curious and investigative nature
  • Team player
  • Customer focused nature
