£2- 25,000 depending on experience
Location:
Henley-In-Arden Warwickshire B95
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm
Role and responsibilities:
- As an Accounts Assistant you will be working in a busy finance department with core responsibility for the Sales Ledger and Credit Control
- Responsible for raising regular and adhoc sales invoices
- Handling customer queries and requests professionally
- Process direct debit collection files
- Posting and allocating cash
- Managing credit control
- Supporting with producing MI for the Management Accountant or Finance Director as required
- General accounts administration duties such as filing and archiving invoices
Skills and experience required:
- Proven work history within a busy Accounts or Finance department essential
- Experience of managing Sales Ledger or Credit Control essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential
- Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment adhering to deadlines
- Positive, proactive and enthusiastic mentality
- Naturally curious and investigative nature
- Team player
- Customer focused nature
