Description

RCP is a dynamic business that manages and operates car parks nationwide, and we are currently looking for a positive, hard-working and energetic person to join our team.

You'll be working closely with the Senior Management team so this role will suit someone looking to take the next step in their career.

This varied role is to work in the HR and Corporate Support department, Monday to Friday, 371⁄2 hours per week.

A detailed list of the type of tasks involved will be supplied during the recruitment process, but here is a taste of what is expected:


HR
Posting job vacancies online
Arranging and conducting interviews
Providing recruitment and induction documents
Scheduling and overseeing employee reviews
Managing the Disciplinary and Grievance procedures and processes
Helping to foster and improve company culture and instil company values and ethos nationwide.
Overseeing our health and safety practices and implementing processes across the company to ensure a high level of health and safety is observed at all times
Maintaining personnel files and HR software
Occasional travelling to other company locations


Corporate Support
Dealing with utilities suppliers for all of our sites
Handling insurance cover and claims
Administration of company vehicles


Skills and Abilities

You must:
Have excellent communication skills
Have relevant HR, H&S and administration experience
Be computer literate and able to use all Microsoft products
(excel/word/outlook/teams, etc.)

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
