Iam currently working with a well established Liverpool law firm who are looking to recruit a Senior Housing disrepair Solicitor to join their amazing team of fee earners.

Solid experience of dealing with HDR Claims, specifically litigated cases
Have a strong billing history
be able to proactively assist with the development of the department, to include developing and identifying sources of work


Responsibilities:

Document checking/vetting claims
liaising with clients/Defendants and Third Parties
Calculating damages
Drafting proceedings including but not limited to Particulars of Claim, replies to defences, witness statements and trial bundles
Experience of cost budgeting would be beneficial but not essential
Working to deadlines
Running a case load of 50% litigated cases
Advocacy experience would be beneficial
Providing a high level of client service
Liaising and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders


Experience Requirements:

3 Years+ experience of running Housing Disrepair cases
Experience of running litigated caseload is essential
Experience of proclaim preferred
