WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE:

  • We offer a starting basic salary of £27,500 to £32,000 dependent upon experience
  • Benefit from excellent bonus schemes (approximately 5K in the first year)

YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION:


Account Management:


  • Developing strong relationships with all clients
  • Providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
  • Communicating with customers regularly creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.

Recruitment:


  • Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants

Business Development:


  • Creating, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of clients,
  • Securing new business using various Business Development techniques


You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in our out of hours on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the logistics or industrial industries. Experience in other sectors will be considered however.

  • Evidence of a progressive and developed career to date
  • A driving licence and access to transport
