The Best Connection are looking for a
Warehouse Administrator to join our client based in the Chesterfield area. The role has direct responsibility for supporting the Warehouse, Stock and companies' client base.


Job Description is:


Hours of work 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Managing allocated client's
  • Checking stock availability,
  • Data entry
  • Excel spreadsheets. (Training given on inhouse system)
  • Chasing client's orders
  • Liaising with the Warehouse manager and administration teams
  • Working on own initiative
  • Filling in when office staff are on holiday.
  • Excellent telephone communications and writing skills.
  • Contacts experience
  • Printing labels

Requirements:


  • Warehouse administration experience.
  • Good knowledge of creating and integrating spreadsheet, ability of interpreting data
  • Development and understanding of KPIs.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of stock management and stock control (an advantage)
  • Must be able to work on your own initiative.
