Imagiing Technologies & Consumer Group, ITCG deals with all things relating imagining and the development and deployment of new technologies and consumer products across EMEA.
Role overview
The successful person will be responsible for Reporting and Data Quality across channel partners and Salesforce, including data modelling and visualisations, tasks automation, user support and training, gathering business requirements and troubleshooting issues.

- Daily management of departmental inbox, reviewing and actioning requests.
- Daily management of all activities regarding channel partner data received from external supplier.
- Create data models and visualisations in
PowerBI
- Test reports and use problem solving skills to determine problems' root cause and suggest solutions with users.
- Change management: work closely with end users, business analysts and IT consultants to perform focused and detailed business requirements analysis related to specific business objectives.
- Troubleshooting: investigate and resolve organisational and user issues working together with external support teams.
- Training: participate and gain knowledge in trainthetrainer sessions. Create training materials. Transfer knowledge to the end users on functionalities and best practices
What we ask:
Personal Specification and requirmenets
Proven experience and technical ability in PowerBI and SQL OR Python
Experience working with large data sets and performing complex data analysis would be beneficial
Experience with requirements gathering and end-user training.
Proven ability to understand data journeys and processing rules
Analytical and process driven with attention to detail.
Strong communication and time management skills

Further Information:
Salary - £40,000 - £48,000 dependent on experience + up to 10% performance related bonus + extensive flexible core benefits and exceptional pension plan
