The main purpose of the role is to oversee the day-to-day administration of the operations department through communication and management of various internal systems, ensuring appropriate policies and procedures are always adhered to.

_Key duties:
_


  • Develop and document compliance procedures for all contractor/supplier relationships relating to fleet, mobile and stationary plant equipment
  • Maintain Fleet Management System
  • Monitor compliance for Goods Vehicle Operators Licence
  • Maintain system that captures daily vehicle safety checks
  • Analyse data from vehicle telematics system with view to create improvements in efficiency
  • Monitor plant equipment maintenance program
  • Provide administrative support for Health & Safety reporting
  • Provide administrative support for Operations Training Programme
  • General department administration support

  • An analytical mind able to "see" the complexities of procedures and regulations
