Job Title:
Senior Architectural Technician


Location:
Birmingham, West Midlands


Salary:
Competitive


Responsibilities:


  • Produce detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and specifications for residential projects
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that designs are technically feasible and meet building regulations and standards
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress and provide technical support to the project team as required
  • Maintain accurate records of project data, including drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and codes of practice.

Requirements:


  • Relevant degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
  • Significant experience working on residential projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong technical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant UK building regulations and standards
Salary commensurate with experience.
