An exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Care Team Leader or Care Coordinator to work with a leading Domiciliary care provider in St Albans, Hertfordshire.





NOTE:
Must be a Drive and Own a Car

Responsibilities:

Accepting Care Packages

Attention to details and Monitoring staff and client communications.

Providing solutions to complaints and queries from social workers or service users.

Managing care calls when required.

Receiving and processing referrals efficiently.

Making sure all paper works are completed on time as per statutory requirements.


Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • St Albans: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Car Owner and a Driver (required)
