Description
Our client is an acquisitive business who are expanding rapidly into Europe. They seek to hire a Process and Controls Manager into a newly created role.This position will support with the new integrations (many new acquisitions planned still this year andgoing into next), automation projects, P2P, reporting and other systems integrations and will look to improve and streamline business process and procedures.
This role will report to the Director of Finance Manager and manage 1 direct report.- Support the business to document processes, policies, procedures and controls
- Work with various stakeholders to analyse business processes, identifying control risks and helping to implement appropriate controls
- Assist all business process owners with the design and maintenance of internal controls
- Support the integration of new acquisitions and various finance transformation projects
- Manage the Process and Controls Accountant
- Develop KPIs, monitor and improve team performance
- Drive change across finance and operations teams
- Support the Director of Finance with adhoc tasks/projects
