Do you enjoy working with people? We have an exciting opportunity for the right person.

This is a Housing Officer role within the Mobile Team, we are currently operating a hybrid working pattern however this is not a permanent arrangement, your permanent base will be Pullar House.

You will work as part of a small team and will report to and support the locality teams in providing a comprehensive housing management service to tenants and residents in their areas.

You will help to create vibrant, attractive, safe and sustainable neighbourhoods and communities.

You will ensure that tenants are comfortable, supported and secure in their homes and provide accurate and relevant advice and guidance to help tenants to manage and sustain their tenancies.

Services you will provide in your area include estate management; rent accounting and arrears control; tenancy management including addressing anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes; housing advice, assistance and information.

You will also participate in project work and carry out regular audits in line with scottish housing legislation and our statutory obligations as a social housing landlord.


The Mobile Team covers all localities and this is a wide geographical area and there will be travel involved to undertake the role.

Whilst your base will be Pullar House, there will be a requirement to work from any of the Housing Locality Offices that have requested assistance.

You will work Monday to Friday from 8.45am-5pm but will participate in a flexi scheme.

The Housing Officer post within the Mobile Team has to be able to adapt with being at different offices and needs to be able to cope with the issues that may present in terms of work handover.
