About The Role:


Salisbury Group have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team in Milton Keynes.


As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your main focus will be keying AP invoices and reconciling supplier statement This role is ideally suited for someone who has excellent attention to detail and enjoys data entry.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices in an accurate and timely manor
  • Ensuring correct approvals are obtained
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Resolving internal and external queries
  • Maintaining supplier relationships
  • Adhoc duties

About You:


Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required

  • Educated to A level or working towards AAT Accounts Qualification.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role

  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable function
  • Logical approach to tasks
  • Prioritising workload to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
