Tenby House and The Heathers are Care homes in Worthing and Durrington, We are looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Person who is friendly, motivated and reliable, to work alongside the staff team to ensure the premises are properly maintained and that the Homes meets all health and safety requirements.

You must have a driving licence, your own tools and be able to liaise with other tradesmen.


Job responsibilities to include:

• Managing and fulfilling general maintenance tasks
• Health & Safety Monitoring
• Fire Safety checks
• Water testing
• Equipment maintenance
• Gardening
• Decorating
• Record keeping

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£10.20 per hour
