Nestled in the stunning Somerset countryside, our Ilminster office offers a lively and enjoyable workspace with free parking, a pool table, table football, a coffee machine, and a patio area perfect for breaks and team gatherings.

What You'll Do:

As a Client Support Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our client interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and success

Your role will include:

Problem Solver:Handle and resolve support tickets daily, ensuring timely solutions.

Client Champion: Assist the Client Services team with content creation, training, and support.

Relationship Builder: Conduct client outreach to maintain and enhance relationships.

Trainer:Become an IXO Commerce expert, providing training and support.

Communicator: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

Internet Enthusiast:Passionate about helping clients succeed on the web.

Effective Communicator:Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting and influencing.

Organized Multitasker:Able to manage multiple projects and relationships with ease.

Tech-Savvy:Strong ICT skills, especially with Microsoft packages and CRM software.
