Applications are invited for this permanent vacancy in the Medical Education Centre in the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.


As part of the Medical Education Team, the post holder will support the Department in ensuring the effective route of both Undergraduates and Postgraduates through their attachment to the UHB.

The post holder will also act as a support for the ongoing teaching and training requirements for all Medical Students, Training Grade Doctors and Senior Medical Staff.


The post holder will act independently within clearly defined occupational policies with work managed rather than supervised, providing a range of administrative support and effectively deliver and prioritise a wide range of duties including some pastoral care duties.


The post-holder will hold RSA Level 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience and will be required to demonstrate excellence organisational skills, while maintaining a professional and sensitive manner at all times.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
