A turndown attendant is a staff member that specializes in providing turndown service in rooms. The responsibilities of turndown attendants involve performing routine housekeeping tasks, replacing towels, and distributing amenities. When hiring a turndown attendant, prior knowledge or experience with housekeeping is recommended. Strong communication skills and the ability to work without supervision are also good qualities in a turndown attendant. These qualities allow the attendant to independently clean rooms and interact with guests in a positive manner when necessary.

You will be responsible for the immaculate execution of the turndown service for our client guests.

Joining the dedicated housekeeping department, you will be integral in ensuring the guests experience the high levels of comfort and quality they expect from our client.

The client is a 5* Hotel in Central London - Oxford Street area.

Best Staff Solutions is acting as a recruitment agent for our client.
