Head of Marketing - Bracknell, United Kingdom - Up World
Description
For this role we are open to full-time or 4 days per week. With 3 of those days spent in the Bracknell based office.
Due to continued growth we are looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Head of Marketing Manager to lead and manage the internal marketing team and external agencies.
Reporting straight into the Founder you will be a key member of our senior leadership team & manage a team of 5.
Working with 125 external brands is an interesting but fun challenge, we also have two wholesale brands with more expantion planned for 2024.
You'll be
- Develop and execute the full marketing strategy aligned with the company's key growth objectives.
- Recommend, research and implement new opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to initiatives that maximize ROI and contribute to revenue growth.
- Work in close partnership with the Head of Buying to drive relevant promotional activity.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on all digital KPIs and budgets.
- Monitor campaign expenses, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting to the founder.
- Manage external digital agencies, building efficient working relationships.
- Build, mentor, and manage a highperforming marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure team members are equipped to execute strategies effectively.
You'll have
- Experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or Head of level, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in consumer marketing, preferably within the apparel, fashion, or baby products industry.
- Experience working with external brands would be beneficial.
- Proven success in developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies that drive brand growth and revenue.
- Be extremely computer literate with indepth knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite and their best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
Salary:
Dependent on experience, pro rated for part time
Logistics:
Close to Reading, Must be able to drive. Hybrid WFH/remote possible after initial training period.
