Kitchen Porter

Full job description

We are hiring a kitchen porter to support our catering van. We are a friendly, family run business that predominantly caters for private functions and corporate events.


As the kitchen porter, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our catering van and kitchen equipment.

While previous experience is preferred, it's not essential.

We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and we're committed to providing training that will help in your role.


  • Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas
  • Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly
  • Deep cleaning fridges and store rooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards
  • Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
  • Stock Taking

Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract


Pay:
£12.00-£14.00 per hour
