The School of Science and Technology covers academic disciplines of Computer Science, Engineering, Physics & Maths, Sports Science, Biosciences, and Chemistry & Forensics.

The School has an exciting opportunity to join the Resources Team as a Resources Administrator working with the Head of School Operations and the Coordinator.


The School is seeking to recruit a School Resources Administrator, to support the work of the Head of School Operations (HoSO) and School Resources Coordinator (SRC).

This role will support operational planning, organising and coordinating of the school's local spaces and resources projects (including refurbishments, office relocations etc) and school-based planning and communications in relation to central Estates Projects, under the oversight of the HoSO and SRC.


You will be a a team player who is experienced in providing administrative and operational support to project planning and implementation, is adaptable, flexible, able to prioritise their work appropriately to meet deadlines and has a customer-focused approach in your work and your interactions with both internal colleagues and external contacts.


With knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Teams, and excellent organisational, written and verbal skills, you will also have a proven ability to working using your own initiative, an ability to multitask and identify sound solutions to problems and challenges.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and developing/maintaining Sharepoint sites would be an advantage.


The role is based at the Clifton Campus, but some travel to our other campuses at Brackenhurst and at the City may be required on occasion.
