Are you a Senior Accountant looking to take a step into a management role?

About the role and the workplace
Our client owns a group of practices with exciting business growth plans.

With client satisfaction, team success and growth at the forefront of your business goals, you will be taking ownership of the practice and help develop the branch, clients and team.

You will be coached, mentored and supported to run the practice.

What will your day look like?

Reviewing statutory accounts for clients for sole traders and SME's
Meeting with clients to discuss their business' needs and how you can support them
Act as a primary contact for clients
Assisting clients with tax queries when required
Add value to basic services (management accounts, taxation, business advice, payroll, bookkeeping, and company formation)

What you'll bring to the table:

You're an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant looking to progress to a management role
Excellent people and project management skills and a passion for helping your clients grow with accurate accounts and helpful business advice
Experience in a clientfacing role, meeting with clients and managing a client portfolio
You know how to maximise efficiency through technology and you have a broad range of skills from accounting to taxation
Ideally, you'll have experience of managing a practice in a past role
