Overview:


At Change Grow Live you will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential.

As a Criminal Justice Recovery Support Volunteer, you will be working in close collaboration with Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinators.


Responsibilities:


At Change Grow Live you will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential.

As a Criminal Justice Recovery Support Volunteer, you will be working in close collaboration with Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinators.


You will be assisting recovery coordinators in their caseload management, supporting the service user through all aspects of their treatment journey and community order or licence conditions.

This can include; assisting with completing assessments, risk management plans, support in facilitating groups, undertaking one to one work, and act as a second person representing and supporting people with drug related harm within the Rapid Response Team (RRT) in our Assertive Outreach Team.


This is an exciting opportunity which will allow you to gain experience of working within both the substance misuse and the criminal justice field.

You will be part of a supportive team and will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop within the role.

This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in the lives of others in the West Lothian Recovery Community.
