We're looking for a Midweight Art Director & Copywriter duo with a passion for fame driving ideas to join MRM.

The Role

We work for a wide variety of fantastic brands (Microsoft, Subway, Direct Line Group to name a few) across pretty much every channel and media there is, so you'll need to be flexible, open-minded and able to think on your feet.

This is the role for a team who wants to shake up how we create meaningful relationships with people.

It's a role for a team who conceptualise, create and deliver clever answers to our clients' problems that they wouldn't have thought possible.


You won't need micro-managing, and you'll be perfectly happy juggling multiple projects at the same time - delivering high-quality work no matter what the time frame.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The transformation of every brief into awesome and unexpected ideas
  • Working with the wider team to create awardwinning work across all clients and briefs no matter the size or scope
  • Developing a strong understanding of multiple brand guidelines/TOVs and consistently delivering onbrand work
  • Presenting your own incredible ideas articulately and confidently, and with bags of enthusiasm both internally and to clients
  • Passionately crafting beautifully written, visually stunning work that hooks you in and doesn't let go
  • Working closely with the wider creative and tech teams to build on your ideas and make them a reality

  • An impressive portfolio across multiple clients and channels, and a real interest in branching into new channels, and those that don't even exist yet
