Health Club Leisure Supervisor


This is excellent opportunity in much sort after position in a hotel development in the Aberdeen Altens Area we are looking for a leisure supervisor who has also understanding of leisure management to support in the running of this fantastic club.

This facility hosts a Gym, Pool in addition to relaxation areas.


Role:


As the Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the club manager in the day to day operation and quality of standards in this excellent multi-faceted facility and the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests.


Duties:


You will take responsibility under the club manager for operational aspects of the Club including quality, rota management, team management and development, maintenance & Health and Safety, customer service including serving light refreshments, organizing external practitioners, treatments and personal training.


You will also be responsible for the service level performance of the club ensuring that finance and control procedures are implemented.

You will assist in leading a team responsible for the highest achievements in customer service and guest interaction. Service Delivery must be at the highest level at all times.


Skills and Experience:


Essential:

  • Good written and verbal command in the English Language and have a thorough knowledge of the Hospitality/Spa industry
  • Good standards of computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Supervisory/Management experience of running a private club
  • Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Well organised with attention to detail
  • Good understanding of health and safety requirements of a pool
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time often switching from one to another without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required

Desirable:


  • Pool Plant trained
  • Fitness qualified
  • Min 2 years industry experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,840.00 per year
