***An exciting opportunity has become available at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon. We are looking for an Conference & Banqueting Supervisor who is keen to grow inside the biggest hotel company in the world


We are looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor wanting to deliver first-class experience at the world leading hospitality company Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon.


_ Main Duties as a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor_

  • Promoting a welcoming environment
  • Communicate with guests, other employees and other department to ensure guests need are met
  • Support the operations and supervise the running of the event
  • Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment
  • Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating and motivating and coaching employees
  • Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role


You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply, but desirable if you have experience within the conference and banqueting sector.

We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns.
