Trilogic Recruitment is currently representing an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Coordinator in the Bristol / Warmley area.

Our client, a leading player in the heating industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team.


As a Commercial Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial team with various administrative and operational tasks.

This includes working closely with Operations and Commercial Directors, managing internal and external processes, providing quotes, overseeing additional work, and maintaining effective communication with contracts managers and engineers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Operations and Commercial Directors to manage internal and external processes.
  • Provide quotes and oversee additional work beyond contractual obligations.
  • Communicate with contracts managers and engineers to understand onsite activities.
  • Review remittances and retention.
  • Assist with endofmonth valuations.
  • Contribute to the setup of new developments.
  • Compile and query contra charges.
  • Maintain and update specification amendments on live sites.
  • Analyze and collate aged debt.
  • Assist in compiling final account statements after site work completion.
  • Handle general commercial and administrative duties.
