The Role

With exceptional career prospects and the possibility of engaging with global clients on a global stage, as well as concentrating on growing the Scottish practice as part of the Dentons Home Grown campaign, there are endless opportunities.

If you think this might be for you, we want to hear from you.

Hybrid workers - For the majority of our employees we have implemented a hybrid model whereby there is no minimum (or maximum) number of days they must work from an office location.

Instead, we give them the freedom to decide with their team how efficiently and effectively they can deliver the best service to our clients, work with our colleagues and progress their own personal development, all the while balancing it with home life, whilst recognizing the need to adjust plans where circumstances require.

Each hybrid worker is given an allowance to create a workspace in their own home.

If you have a particular area of interest in the industry which you wish to pursue, we will encourage and support you.

You will contribute to thought leadership and to raising the profile of the team and the firm externally, working as part of a committed and cohesive team.
