The Role
You'll join our talented design team of creatives, technical and graphic designers.

We're open to flexible and hybrid ways of working but due to the nature of our business, we'll want you to be in our Broxburn office for a minimum of 3 days a week.

You'll have significant packaging experience working in-house or agency side.

Activities and Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

Working on High Value Packaging Proposals from concept to creation.
Creating exciting and professional visuals which are contained within stylish proposals with all the relevant information.
Liaising with key clients interpreting briefs and utilising key brand assets in effective and onbrands ways.
Developing Unique Packaging Solutions that meet the requirements of every brief.
Setting up Packaging for production and liaising with our production teams for perfect outcomes.
Liaising with suppliers regarding materials, stock and sampling.
Deliver cost saving and value add solutions, in line with customer briefs, that are optimised for efficient manufacture and to the required performance standard.

Key Requirements (Qualifications and Skills)

What you'll need:

Significant packaging experience, especially corrugate and carton packaging design.
Experience in industry standard packaging software.
Experience with 3D Visualisation software such as Cinema 4D.
Strong conceptual design ability.
Excellent communication, written, oral and visual.
Diligence, a collaborative attitude, and excellent time management skills.
Passion and a desire to create great products.
Interest in emerging design trends and technology.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment whilst maintaining highquality standards.

Nice to have:

Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
Conceptual sketching/illustration skills
Interest in product design
Confident presenter
Interest in sustainable materials and manufacturing practices.
