Previous experience within a Customer Service and Administrative role is essential for this role with a good working knowledge of MS Office packages.

Key Duties:
- Process sales orders for training and materials on Sage system
- Liaise with trainers on bookings including providing summary information on client requirements
- Assist with preparation of client training folders on company data add relevant training documents and prepare documents in line with testing or policy eg. DWI (dealing with incident)
- Monitor and follow up on all training enquiries including providing new dates/additional information
- Reconcile training bookings on Sage and prepare report for finance
- Support with telephone duties signposting calls to relevant department.
- Prepare reports on training activity when required.
- Perform miscellaneous job and/or teamrelated duties as assigned/required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a Customer Service and Administrative role is essential for this role with a good working knowledge of MS Office packages.
- There are no formal qualifications required for this role however an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Customer Services or Administration is desirable.
- Experience of dealing with clients/customers is essential.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Powerpoint and Word is essential, and knowledge of Excel is desirable.
