The Pre-Production Administrative Assistant is a multi-functional role providing support across the Pre-Production team at Topps International. The role regularly interfaces with a number of internal departments, requiring a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.

The Pre-Production Administrative Assistant must command a strict attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Generating barcodes and allocating them to projects and components
  • Creating outer case labels and supplying files to print
  • Checking Order Summary (OS) and Bill of Material (BOM) documents for accuracy
  • Managing QR Code creation, supply and tracking. Coordinating with Digital, Brand & Production teams
  • Providing support to RFQ process as needed
  • Adhoc Production tasks and support for Production Managers
  • Maintaining and organizing folders using project software
  • Contributes to overall operational effectiveness efforts
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to provide support to the team

Skills and Experience:


  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • The ability to work under pressure and support others within the team
  • Interest in working within a high growth, complex, global organization
  • Methodical approach with a high attention to detail
  • Mastery of MS Office is required, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
