Corporate Finance Analyst, £65-70k, Central London, TechnologyWe are recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Finance Analyst within a gaming and software business. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Development you'll have the opportunity help shape the business' growth going forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Corporate Development on all transaction execution, from inception through to integration for the Group
- Evaluate potential targets for their strategic fit with Group, liaising with the SLT
- Lead on financial analysis for pipeline acquisitions
- Ensure that valuation data is accurate, astutely analysed and fairly presented to facilitate quality appraisals
- Manage due diligence processes, working alongside Head of Corporate Development and internal specialist teams
It is likely that over the next 18 months to 2 years a new fund is introduced to the Group enabling more regular and sizeable transactions.
This hire is a key one to build on the Corporate Finance infrastructure, ready for their next phase of growth.
Person specification:
- Qualified accountant
- ACA ideally
- Prior experience of in Corporate Finance / Transaction Services
- Able to think / work independently
- Good people skills and able to operate / influence at C level
