Tudor Employment are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Wednesbury (WS10), on behalf of a company offering workwear and PPE solutions.

The client are a fully integrated manufacturer, managing agent and supplier of bespoke uniforms, technical workwear and PPE.

Due to a recent period of transition, they are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team, manage the weekend team and supervise contractors working on the project.

Previous experience of working in distribution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What will I be doing? Key accountabilities of the Warehouse Supervisor role are:

Day to day management of colleagues and activities
Liaising with the warehouse management team to ensure that daily and weekly tasks are set and achieved to the highest possible standard
Coordinating workflows and resource for the warehouse operation
Ensuring all areas under your control are operated effectively and efficiently
Monitoring the performance of department personnel in order to achieve and improve current standards set by senior management
Ensuring quality standards are adhered to across all aspects of Operations
Ensuring all areas within your control are kept clean and tidy
Shall comply with the Health and Safety responsibilities as defined in the company Health and Safety policy, and ensure that any specific responsibilities are adequately delegated in their absence
Assisting with any additional duties when required to support the company objectives
What are the hours of work?

The Warehouse Supervisor will work full-time, Saturday to Wednesday 8:00AM-5:00PM (40 hours per week). This is a permanent role.

What is the rate of pay?

The Warehouse Supervisor will be paid a salary up to £28,000 per annum.
