About this position:

The new colleague will be part of the "UX, Human Factors and Ergonomics" division at RE:Lab as "User Researcher" and will be involved in several stages of the development of Human-Machine Interaction (HMI) projects.

These stages include insights collection, concept analysis, ideation, as well as iterative HMI evaluation through experimental testing.

The User Researcher will be responsible for qualitative and quantitative user research in the Automotive domain.


RESPONSABILITIES:

• Conduct scientific literature reviews
• Conduct expert analyses on products and prototypes
• Write experimental designs
• Conduct user tests with endusers or target users on prototypes at different stages of maturity and in different environments, including Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (XR)
• Analyze test data and write reports of test outcomes

SKILLS:

• User testing
• Experimental data analysis
• Preferred: experience with eye tracking studies and metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability to travel and to move abroad for prolonged periods (Western Europe)
• English proficiency: B2 or more
